Quality Control

Our comprehensive quality control process from raw materials to shipment.

Quality is not something we check at the end — it's built into every step. Our quality control team inspects packaging at four critical stages: incoming materials, during production, after production, and before shipment. Detailed photo reports document every inspection.

Incoming Material Inspection

Before production begins, we verify that raw materials meet specifications — resin type, glass clarity, color consistency, and component dimensions. Sub-standard materials are rejected before they enter the production line.

In-Line Production Checks

During production, our inspectors monitor critical parameters at regular intervals — dimensions, decoration quality, color consistency, and assembly integrity. Issues are caught and corrected in real-time, preventing large-scale defects.

Post-Production Final Inspection

After production, a comprehensive final inspection follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards. We check overall appearance, functionality (pumps, caps, droppers), dimensions, and decoration quality. A detailed report with photos is provided.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before containers are loaded, we verify packing methods, carton markings, and quantity accuracy. We check for transit damage risks and ensure products are properly protected for international shipping.
